Thanks Kenny, its been a long journey with the engine bay, have had a lot of fun working on it. Its all in the details man, have had a ton of help/guidance/encouragement/hard labor from RRYDE, RareJDM, bigc, SxExCx and others, couldn't have done it without them.

lsmooth81 - What's up bro. I saw your car parked in the lot. Finally got a chance to see your spoiler in person. NICE

First of all congrats to all of the winners!! Here are the results for the Infiniti's:

Best G35/37

1- Chris Condos (red APR widebody, TT, Team Ar-kan, etc.)
2- Zack (matte black RareJDM time attack)
3- Ernesto - (Blue Slate G37 Sedan Stillen Supercharged)

Best Infiniti-

1- Kris (Green APR widebody, Vortech, Team Hybrid bagged)
2- Chris (IP Vortech, UAS, Team Still Motion, etc)
3- Nam (Teal, slammed on coilovers, Team Still Motion, etc.)

Team RareJDM also had another winner, Diane, who has a Datsun 510 - 2nd place best old skool.

I had a great time at the show. It was great to see and hangout with all of the homies from NorCal, photogs and people from various blogs/websites, and my teammates. I can't even express to you how many amazing cars there were at this show, which was expected.

Again as some pointed out last year the judging needs to be improved from the standpoint that if you are judging you shouldn't not be showing, your car should be display only. When are the Wekfest organizers going to realize that someone should judge their own car? Even still all of the cars that won were more than deserving for sure, I (and many others) feel that if you judge, then don't compete.

At the end of the show it was announced that Wekfest is going on tour and that Fatlace would be collaborating with them to put on the show. Maybe with Mark (from Fatlace) being involved things will change. I know he doesn't agree with judges showing from a couple posts I've seen of his on FB calling out others who won an award at an event he thought they had organized.

Looking forward to Wekfest SoCal in June!!
so where are your pics? And no love for patman's g? Crazy! But congrats to the other G winners!

Dave you aren't going to believe me when I tell you this. I didn't snap one photo It was enough to meticulously clean and prepare the car I was beat! There were 4 other Canibeat photogs there so I didn't feel like covering the event when I knew others would be taking photos.

Pat's G got lots of love, best paint job on a G that was there IMO. But the way the scoring is done they score you in several categories that covers every single part of the car. You kinda have to have mods in every category to score enough to "win" something.

holy hell, it was packed I wish we had this here in StL. There is really only one major meet, which is 300/350z focused. My car would own it (and THAT is sad )

The building pictured was very packed, the other building (which I was showing in) was not as tightly packed or crowded.
