Autobahn (Sacramento) Ridiculous Price Quote
Well guys, just want to share this with you guys.
So I have a set of eibach sitting in my garage. Ive been lazy of not getting it put on while I lived in LA.
So here I am in Sac trying to find a good shop to get them installed..
Ive searched around, many people suggested me to contact Rusty. I emailed him but no response which I understand
.. and the other day I happened to drive by Autobahn on Florin the other day, so ive decided to give them a call to see how much would it cost just for the labor.
They've quoted me $489 for JUST labor!

Is this for real? They also cutting me a "special" of 4 wheel alignment for $120 if I get them to install the springs.
$489?? REALLY? I mean, yes any shop have rights to set their own price.. however, I kinda find that their quote is like an insult of my intelligence.

Springs on a 2008 G35 is not like they need to get inside to take off the back seat or under the hood to unbolt the all struts and shocks.
Anyone has a better suggestions anywhere else? I live in a place where I dont have access to any tools, if not, i just lift up the car and do it myself.

I just called Rusty and he is better, but he is leaving the country on tuesday. He said to get a hold of David, he might do it. His member name is (freshnikez) To get a hold of him quicker call TNT Autobody(916-455-3063) and ask for David. Tell him Lou or Rusty sent you to him. Good Luck
Thanks guy
Thanks guys! Thanks for all the help!
Rusty, hope you getting better? Where you heading to? Maybe you will be flying out of the airline that I work for here in Sac?? If you are, Im in a position that I might be able to help.
Anyway, thanks guys!
BTW, $489 was really nonsense from autobahn. Maybe I should trade them with some free plane ticket for their labor instead.. LOL!
