Wood is alot better to bbq with. You dont get all the chemicals from the charcoals and it holds the heat alot longer.

99% of the time I am the one BBQin sometimes not by choice. Its all good since the chef gets to sample all the food fresh from the grill.

Meat is what makes a great BBQ. Don't need all the other fillers. Meat makes man strong.
