Bad news guys, looks like I will not be able to make this event. I just have to many others things going on around that weekend. Really sucks cause I was really looking forward to this.

Who ever wants to take my spot I was planning on bringing charcoal. So you could eithe bring that or something else if you like.

So my buddy told me about this event but don't know the details. I'm down to go unless it's full.

1 bag should be fine. I know someone else is bringing charcoal as well. You have access to any wood like oak or hickory?

How many grills are there for this meat festival, I BBQ them at home and bring them and just warm them up there.

There's one in the main area but close by is another that can be used as long as no other people show up and take the spot

If we heat up 2 bbqs then we will need more charcoal. The BBQ they have is not huge. Last year I cooked the meat in stages keeping the chicken and beef separate. We can play it by ear when we get there and see what we have to work with. We will need someone to go to dollar store and pick up some foil containers to put the meat into when done and foil to cover it up.
