Chris, that is what your passenger is bringing. Please bring some nakins/plates/plasticware

I'll txt Mike (boostedforlife) now to tell him to bring a bag or charcoal and some ice.

I will also ask Paul to bring....ah....some...ah.....ice and whatever else he wants

I have a big tote I'll bring for the drinks (I've bought it a few times in the past, its big enough to fit a lot of drinks).

Alan, that is fine, whatever is easiest for you. I'll be keeping an eye out for everyone to help out
Thanks .. I'll see how it works out. I know this is a G-vent and it would look sweet to see all the G's parked together. I'll try to accomodate that as much as possible w/o getting the wife and kids too upset by parking too far away (LOL).

I'm bringing at least 1 ice chest (heavy-metal large size) .. will have sodas/water iced down for the trip. Are there any stores near the picnic site where I could stop in to pick up more ice?

I'll have to look to see if I have a 2nd ice chest or some container to ice drinks etc... We used to have 'em for the family parties, but I'm not so sure that I've got them .. or they somehow ended up at other family homes ..LOL!

Don't upset the wife and kids Alan! lol No biggie... where you park You can actually park just behind the front lot, it would be the same walking distance but really, it doesn't matter.

The tub I have is pretty big. That and one more ice chest should be enough for the drinks.

Sorry Alan..missed your question on the first read. There is a Safeway not to far away.
Safeway
2941 Ygnacio Valley Rd

There is also a drug store (don't remember which one) right across the street from Heather Farms and a Chevron with a mini-mart there as well.

Again, I will be there early. Call/txt me if any of you have questions or need to get hold of me for whatever

Chris, I just found out I am on the weekend duty list. There is a big possibility that I won't be able to make it. You can give my spot to someone else, if I don't have to show up to work, I will be there.

Hopefully you can still make it Lou. Thanks for letting me know. I'll leave the sign up as is for now. It's been up for over a month now so we're probably were it's going to stay
