It looks like I'll be Pathfinder-ing it to the BBQ. My spot is up for grabs in the G lot.
At least I'll have room for chairs etc, right?

HA .. no way would all that fit in the Z .. I'm bringing the Armada.
Not to worry .. I won't park near G's* .. don't want to spoil the look.

Darn ..I'm going to have to wash the Armada on Friday now ..

So if it presents a problem .. I'll park in the lot long enough to unload .. then move to another area.

You can park next to my Pathfinder with the custom dirt overlay.

Gillian, when did you go to see Mike-Jake-Huan for the custom overlay?

Alan, that is fine, whatever is easiest for you. I'll be keeping an eye out for everyone to help out

Here is kinda a master list of what we have so far. The lines after each one indicate how many people are bringing that item

MEAT
tri-tip
short ribs
bacon wrapped hot dogs II
hot links
chicken wings
bbq chicken
carne asada

SIDES
sodas IIIII
chips III
pasta dish
spam musabi
empanadas
crab egg rolls
russian goodies
chinese food
taco fixins

Dessert
brownies
cookies II

Misc
Charcoal II
ice/ice chest

I did not see anybody indicate they were bringing plates/napkins/forks/cups (for those drinking beer). We will for sure need these since we wont have anything to put our food on. It would be good to have a few more ice chests to keep the meats in until its time to grill. We dont want anyone getting sick from spoiled meat. We will also need the ice chest to put the sodas in. I dont think one ice chest/bucket will be enough for what we will have.

Meat... the utensils fell off the list for you.

We still have BigC, Urban and Boostedforlife who might be able to bring some plates/napkins/forks... The dollar store can be very good for BBQs.

Now that I have the Pathfinder I can load up with cooler(s). I'm sure I have a couple around. They might be ratty from camping but they work.

Someone needs to bring ice blue or otherwise.
