need help asap (radiator problem)

need help asap (radiator problem)

My scenario: came here in Sf yesterday from LA, my car was almost fine until my temp gauge went up almost overheated. I mange to park in my hotel and when i open my hood splash of coolant under my enginge. It came from the cap of radiator. (My resurvior still got coolant in it) i bought universal radiator cap and coolant but my guage still rise up. Now i need to get it fix by tomorrow afternoon because my gf and i need to drive back.. any suggestion? Pls pls i need help. I stay at (3rd and market ) thanks in advance

You need to bleed the air out of your cooling system.

good meeting you today man and i hope you make it back to socal safely. definitely use the bleeder funnel 2-3 more times over the next few days.

Thanks Bigc, i owe you bro. Were leaving tomorrow. Hope thats the only problem. Seems like after that big bubbles that went up,my gauge didnt go up anymore. So ill see tomorrow. I let it sit the whole day today. But txt you tomorrow. Also thanks bythabay for a quick input.

So the update about My problem... The top of our OEM radiator is plastic and find out there's a hair thin line crack. So end up replacing it... thanks for the help again BigC
