Policy on having other clubs roll out...NO PROBLEM!
I've talked to the restaurant manager at Red Robin..we are confirmed for a group of 15+ with "GRATUITY" included...that means we don't have to "TIP".
I've invited ST-I's to come out, Z's, and S2000 guys to come out..if the EVO's want to come out no problem.
I'm expecting a call from BRIDGEPOINT security. The manager at Red Robin is Michael.
I've asked him to contact securty and to let them know about our group.
They are even going to help us with designated parking spaces...!!!
I will have signs posted...hopefully...with arrows pointing which way to roll in once I have confirmation from sercurity.
*** NOTICE *** There will be no "BURNOUTS" or "MIS-CONDUCTS...!!!
This means if you dis-respect any members or member's rides you will be asked to leave...I will not tolerate any type of mis-conducts to our members or their property...
Also if you want to check out someone's ride, do not just hop into their car and start pushing buttons or starting their cars...absolute NO-NO...!
If they want to give you a ride in their car, that's up to the car's owner.
Finally, we're all here to have fun and not to give our club a bad rep with SAN MATEO POLICE or CHP and SFPD for those of us going on the cruise. Should we get stopped by the police during the drive, everyone will pull over when safe...hopefully this wont happen...well it did once at the S2KI meet.
Depending how many cars show up, we'll roll out in groups of 10 (5 if smaller).
We will have designated stopping points etc etc etc...each leader (assigned day of the meet) will be responsible for keeping the speed limit...We usually have a slow group "crusiing" and a "faster group" for those of you with a lead foot. Please obey the laws and don't get busted!
All in all just have fun. Come on out and introduce yourself to me when you roll in....Name Tags...yes Name Tags and a quick member contact information sheet must be filled out when you roll up. This way we can keep in touch with you for future events. I will stop by StrictlyZ on Saturday for some stickers and other items Kyle might want to sell...the owner of G35DRIVER!

I've talked to the restaurant manager at Red Robin..we are confirmed for a group of 15+ with "GRATUITY" included...that means we don't have to "TIP".
I've invited ST-I's to come out, Z's, and S2000 guys to come out..if the EVO's want to come out no problem.
I'm expecting a call from BRIDGEPOINT security. The manager at Red Robin is Michael.
I've asked him to contact securty and to let them know about our group.
They are even going to help us with designated parking spaces...!!!
I will have signs posted...hopefully...with arrows pointing which way to roll in once I have confirmation from sercurity.
*** NOTICE *** There will be no "BURNOUTS" or "MIS-CONDUCTS...!!!
This means if you dis-respect any members or member's rides you will be asked to leave...I will not tolerate any type of mis-conducts to our members or their property...

Policy on having other clubs roll out...NO PROBLEM!
I've talked to the restaurant manager at Red Robin..we are confirmed for a group of 15+ with "GRATUITY" included...that means we don't have to "TIP".
I've invited ST-I's to come out, Z's, and S2000 guys to come out..if the EVO's want to come out no problem.
I'm expecting a call from BRIDGEPOINT security. The manager at Red Robin is Michael.
I've asked him to contact securty and to let them know about our group.
They are even going to help us with designated parking spaces...!!!
I will have signs posted...hopefully...with arrows pointing which way to roll in once I have confirmation from sercurity.
*** NOTICE *** There will be no "BURNOUTS" or "MIS-CONDUCTS...!!!
This means if you dis-respect any members or member's rides you will be asked to leave...I will not tolerate any type of mis-conducts to our members or their property...
Also if you want to check out someone's ride, do not just hop into their car and start pushing buttons or starting their cars...absolute NO-NO...!
If they want to give you a ride in their car, that's up to the car's owner.
Finally, we're all here to have fun and not to give our club a bad rep with SAN MATEO POLICE or CHP and SFPD for those of us going on the cruise. Should we get stopped by the police during the drive, everyone will pull over when safe...hopefully this wont happen...well it did once at the S2KI meet.
Depending how many cars show up, we'll roll out in groups of 10 (5 if smaller).
We will have designated stopping points etc etc etc...each leader (assigned day of the meet) will be responsible for keeping the speed limit...We usually have a slow group "crusiing" and a "faster group" for those of you with a lead foot. Please obey the laws and don't get busted!
All in all just have fun. Come on out and introduce yourself to me when you roll in....Name Tags...yes Name Tags and a quick member contact information sheet must be filled out when you roll up. This way we can keep in touch with you for future events. I will stop by StrictlyZ on Saturday for some stickers and other items Kyle might want to sell...the owner of G35DRIVER!

Policy on having other clubs roll out...NO PROBLEM!
I've talked to the restaurant manager at Red Robin..we are confirmed for a group of 15+ with "GRATUITY" included...that means we don't have to "TIP".
I've invited ST-I's to come out, Z's, and S2000 guys to come out..if the EVO's want to come out no problem.
I'm expecting a call from BRIDGEPOINT security. The manager at Red Robin is Michael.
I've asked him to contact securty and to let them know about our group.
They are even going to help us with designated parking spaces...!!!
I will have signs posted...hopefully...with arrows pointing which way to roll in once I have confirmation from sercurity.
*** NOTICE *** There will be no "BURNOUTS" or "MIS-CONDUCTS...!!!
This means if you dis-respect any members or member's rides you will be asked to leave...I will not tolerate any type of mis-conducts to our members or their property...
Also if you want to check out someone's ride, do not just hop into their car and start pushing buttons or starting their cars...absolute NO-NO...!
If they want to give you a ride in their car, that's up to the car's owner.
Finally, we're all here to have fun and not to give our club a bad rep with SAN MATEO POLICE or CHP and SFPD for those of us going on the cruise. Should we get stopped by the police during the drive, everyone will pull over when safe...hopefully this wont happen...well it did once at the S2KI meet.
Depending how many cars show up, we'll roll out in groups of 10 (5 if smaller).
We will have designated stopping points etc etc etc...each leader (assigned day of the meet) will be responsible for keeping the speed limit...We usually have a slow group "crusiing" and a "faster group" for those of you with a lead foot. Please obey the laws and don't get busted!
All in all just have fun. Come on out and introduce yourself to me when you roll in....Name Tags...yes Name Tags and a quick member contact information sheet must be filled out when you roll up. This way we can keep in touch with you for future events. I will stop by StrictlyZ on Saturday for some stickers and other items Kyle might want to sell...the owner of G35DRIVER!

Here's an update:
I spoke with WESTLAKE REALTY GROUP - Mr. Kent Tong - Property Manager this evening.
He informed securty that our group will be showing up on Sunday for the meet.
I've also spoken with Tanya Simonetta (Asst. Mgr @ Red Robin) and Michael (mgr.).
According to Mr. Tong, he doesn't have a problem with our group meeting at the mall.
He also informed me that because the property management wasn't notified ahead of time, they almost kicked out the Z's / G's from the October meet. They let us slide that time.
What we can and cannot do:
1) NO BLOCKING TRAFFIC to entrances or exits if you caravan.
2) DO NOT "BLAST" YOUR SOUNDSYTEMS
3) DO NOT SPEED -
4) NO BURNOUTS OR DONUTS - (strictly enforced) - security will be watching they will notify San Mateo Police -
5) If security warns you to turn down your stereo..etc etc...they will warn "YOU" the car's owner only once...If they ask you again - security will escort you off the property and our entire group can and will be asked to leave.
Remember, we are using someone's property and place of business. If all goes well, I'm sure we wouldn't have a problem having future meets here.
I will have a printout of these rules for each memeber that shows up to sign stating that you understand these rules and conditions.
I personally thank everyone who confirmed.
We're all adults here and I'm sure everyone understands why these rules are in place.
If you have further questions why these rules are strictly enforced, it's because they've had bad experience from previous meets.
Get along with mall security and owners and we'll get along.
Disrupt anything out of the ordinary, they can and will kick us out and our club will not be invited again.

Here's an update:
I spoke with WESTLAKE REALTY GROUP - Mr. Kent Tong - Property Manager this evening.
He informed securty that our group will be showing up on Sunday for the meet.
I've also spoken with Tanya Simonetta (Asst. Mgr @ Red Robin) and Michael (mgr.).
According to Mr. Tong, he doesn't have a problem with our group meeting at the mall.
He also informed me that because the property management wasn't notified ahead of time, they almost kicked out the Z's / G's from the October meet. They let us slide that time.
What we can and cannot do:
1) NO BLOCKING TRAFFIC to entrances or exits if you caravan.
2) DO NOT "BLAST" YOUR SOUNDSYTEMS
3) DO NOT SPEED -
4) NO BURNOUTS OR DONUTS - (strictly enforced) - security will be watching they will notify San Mateo Police -
5) If security warns you to turn down your stereo..etc etc...they will warn "YOU" the car's owner only once...If they ask you again - security will escort you off the property and our entire group can and will be asked to leave.
Remember, we are using someone's property and place of business. If all goes well, I'm sure we wouldn't have a problem having future meets here.
I will have a printout of these rules for each memeber that shows up to sign stating that you understand these rules and conditions.
I personally thank everyone who confirmed.
We're all adults here and I'm sure everyone understands why these rules are in place.
If you have further questions why these rules are strictly enforced, it's because they've had bad experience from previous meets.
Get along with mall security and owners and we'll get along.
