As for flywheel. When it comes time to change my clutch, I'll be swapping to either a JWT, UR, or Z1 Motorsport lightweight flywheel. The ACT Prolite is pretty nice too I hear.

my rpms go really high and they come back to low when i step on the race for every gear. could that be my clutch or something else

i'd go aftermarket on both clutch + flywheel. probably cheaper too.
labor isn't cheap though. just gotta find a shop that does good work, at a good price.
