I'm sure they'll do anything any Infiniti dealer will do and I've heard cheaper too but I just needed to buy a washer for an oil change.

I was there for their 2nd day open after calling them on their initial opening. They were all friendly to me and took care of everything with a smile. It was very positive for me! And yea.. the service area drive way is pretty... crazy. I believe you can go to the customer parking and go up the spiral to the other floors.

I went there for an oil change and to get two transmission TSBs taken care of on my new G37. Very positive experience, and I love the speedy gate - that thing opens in like half a second.

Lol about the speedy gate.. but it's so true. That thing flies up like it's on fire.
