Infiniti San Francisco dealer?
Someone told me there is an Infiniti dealer in SF, I didn't believe them, but sure enough, Google can't lie! Anyone been there yet? What's your experience, have any comments? I'd love to not have to drive down to Beshoff for something small. Their web site seems pretty standard dealer site. http://www.infinitiofsf.com/
Yeah, they moved in the Ellis Brooks building. Haven't been there yet but it looked nice while they were remodeling the interior. Hopefully their prices will be competitive with Nissan in there as well.

awesome, i can't wait to see it. will definitely swing by there, check it out.
+1 on huge building. First experience there was super very positive, though slightly marred by recent developments with respect to their service department's thoroughness. Still TBD how things shake out.

so... not enough thoroughness?... any details?
The complimentary multi-point inspection only checked the outside brake pads in the rear, ignoring the inside ones. The inside ones were significantly lower than the outside ones and resulted in them going down to the backing plate, which in turn led them to grind away at my rotors, requiring those be replaced. Thank goodness for bythabay for catching that.
Edit: I've still got to check the front pads & rotors but I'm fearing the worst at the moment.

Not for scraping-the-ground low levels of clearance. Dunno if they have a freight elevator on the ground floor that can take your car up, but that would obviously be best.

If you're trying to pull into the 2nd floor service department...definitely not "super low" friendly. My G is not even that low (able to clear speed bumps easily), and I was almost three-wheelin' up the initial driveway. Not to mention having a crest at the end of the entrance ramp up to the 2nd floor.

Nope, went there the other day to have them take off my wheel locks since I lost the key. Scrape like crazy going up the drive way.
I drove by today and they have the service entrance and the customer parking entrance next to each other. The customer parking looks a little better but I was too afraid to try and went to Serramonte Nissan lol

I've been wondering: what sort of things will Serramonte Nissan work on, on our cars?
