Is this normal

Had this setup for years but lately have been hearing a knocking sound from under the rear passenger side of the car when going over bumps. Thought my suspension was going bad but looked under and saw this...is it normal to have the Stillen sway bars so close to the exhaust??

Looks like it is almost resting on it. The other side has plenty of clearance.

Yeah but not sure how as the exhaust seems to be set in place and I do not see any hangers in that area, oh well I will have my local mechanic get it on a lift and see what he can do.
