. unfortunately its small-time legislature. Arnie has bigger things to worry about like taking $ from our schools!

Like to, but then someone would have my info (Plate) 
and now knows I don't have or want a front plate... I have never been pulled over for driving without a front plate in Cali & I've had a licence for 20 plus years.. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones "Knock on Wood"
