Dealer Rip Off - Sj
#31
I totally agree with Gizsf. Brake parts are cover under 36K miles. I changed my brake pads and rotors before it was over and the cost was "no charge". I'd suggest the next time you are in the dealer for routine service, ask them to check or replace front or back brake parts, why not.
I just moved to Fresno recently and Fresno Infiniti dealer wants to charge me around $600 for my front brake and rotors. I would say " Are you kidding me?". Anyhow, I got the parts from somewhere else, better quality and with my brother help, we installed it at home. Save me few hundred bucks. Some time or most of the time, I dont feel the Infiniti service is good to be consider "luxury" brand. ALways overcharged and pretend to serve high end vehicle, well, they failed to show me that!!!!!!!
