Anyone know a good body shop
Anyone know a good body shop
I just purchased a used 2004 g35c 2 weeks ago with 19k miles and I got t-boned by some 90 year old guy...Im trying to find a reliable body shop in the bay area, does anyone by chance know any? I was thinking about going to the dealership but I want to see if theres better. I couldn't find any info from search. Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm in the San Jose area. I'm assuming they mainly work on European cars? I just want people that are well experienced with the car to work on it although it's just body damage.
My driver side rear wheel well and fender were dented in, and rear driver side wheels scratched up pretty bad. I hope they can replace the whole rear fender instead of cutting/welding it.
ps. sorry posted in the wrong place

You might want to try G&M Auto Body. There's 2 but the one I used is the one in Colma. About 2 minutes from Infiniti of Serramonte and they use them for all body work. I had 2 different cars fixed there and the jobs were very good. Just expect to wait about 7 to 10 days longer than the original ETA. Other than that, they are real cool people to work with.
kuykendall's in sunnyvale @ mary and evelyn. they do an AWESOME job.... drive by their shop and check it out, it's one of the biggest, cleanest shops i've ever seen. they seem to have lots of high end cars going through there

Hmmm . . . Sorry to read about your accident. I would have someone checkout your rear suspension, as well. I take it that the other driver is paying for damages, right? Good luck with the fix.

thanks a lot guys. I will check those places out, and yea the other party will be paying, the damage was done behind the driver side door " T-boned ", can't possibily be my fault
.
Anyone know if shops would actually cut and weld the rear fender?(the piece next to the rear wheel well) or is it replaceble? I talked with a friend he said the whole fender was one piece connected to the front, so they would cut/weld it for sure.
