Yeah I called on Sunday when I was having a weird service engine soon light on, Brad wasn't in so I was transferred to guess who, Albert. I got the vmail, left a msg and I never got a call back. So ridiculous for the amount of coin we shell out for these cars. I love my G, but in the future I'll take my ownership experience into account when buying again. That said, Brad's been pretty good to me. Thankfully the service engine soon light went away on its own...

 

From my experiences over the years:
Concord = Crap
Peninsula = Shady
Oakland = Cool

 

That seems to be the general consensus around here.
