Is this Jacka** still flappin his lips? When you post again with your humor, could you please either type in paragraph form or use proper sentences. It looks like you are writing us a poem.

I myself have had many issues at Serramonte with my radio situation. I have had it replaced 2 times already and this latest Blose muffles my cds. Outcome was "Sorry but since you added aftermarket system, we cant look at it. Please return it back to stock and we can check it out." I have the stock deck just to keep it under warranty. Now I have to buy a DD kit and new radio because those shmucks wont be cooperative.

Unless:
1. your car is modified
2. Your just an A$$

Your just bitter that you bought a overpriced Nissan Altima with more problems. Haha.

If you thought your mods had nothing to do with your service at dealers.

Then why were you looking for someone to swap wheels with you before you went in for your TSB's? Because you knew it was a problem.

All you guys want is free stuff from the dealer.

What you don't realize is TSB's are done if the car qualifies for it. Not because some other idiot got it on this forum. So everyone has to get it done, regardless if there car has the symptoms.

My geo defnitely has less problems than your overpriced Altima.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Pete McConnell and John Bernardo, your friendly service advisers at Infiniti of Serramonte.

I was notified by another member that these clowns spend quite a bit of time on the boards. Well, now you know that your service advisor thinks your car is "an overpriced Altima." Comments like these are right inline with their automotive knowledge- because we all know that the G was built upon the Altima's FWD platform.

When there is a problem with a vehicle, and it is verified by a service tech, there would be no reason not to address it. But of course, these "service advisers" see a correlation to your seat being loose and your Z-tube. Let's also not forget accusing people of not filling up their loaner's tank when it is clearly above the line it was it prior to taking it. I'm sure you don't want me to go on...

It's experiences like these that make me never want to own another Infiniti again. When I take my Lexus in for service right down the street, I get treated with respect, appointments and promises are kept, and the service performed is exactly to my specifications. This makes the ownership experience worthwhile.

Instead of sitting on the forums trying to protect your sorry a5s selves, why don't you try learning some manners and actually do your fvcking job. Don't be surprised if you get more than a slap on the wrist not only from the GM of your dealership, but from Nissan Corporate.

One more idiotic reply from you and I will see to it that this happens.

Boris,

I can understand and fully appreciate your plight with regard your current situation with Infiniti Of Serramonte. Your comments, whether here on these boards or in person have proven to be quite productive for me. So, I do take what you have to say with much consideration.

Marc was having Throttle Body issues, as per our conversation yesterday at the Santa Cruz Run/Meet. He took his G down to Serramonte and as I understand it, after reviewing the situation, they replaced his TB without question(s). This is after they saw his MREV and Z tube set-up, which requires work at and around the TB. He said that they were more interested in what he had done and how it all worked. Based on how Marc spoke of this service visit, it seemed to be quite a friendly and pleasant encounter. That is what I have come to expect from the folks at Serramonte. Pete and the rest have never made me feel less than welcome.

Having said all that and in all fairness . . . Could your incident(s) simply be chalked up to a simple misunderstanding?

I'm not even going to approach the snooping on these boards. That may or may not be the case. I do however, feel bad that you have not received the warm welcome and service from Serramonte, which many of us have.
