Recall work @ Serramonte

Hey guys, just to let you know, I got the fuel line recall work done at Serramonte Infiniti and they did a really good job. Dropped it off at 8:00am Saturday and they were done 2 1/2 hours later (and yes I got a loaner). John, the advisor, remembers me from all the other TSBs I had done there and we were chatting about it. He said that as soon as Infiniti told them about this, they hired another tech to specifically handle this TSB. They really seem to have their act together at this service center and I've never had an issue with them with the 7+ times I've been there.

So far, I hear none of the exhaust rattling/noises that some reported after this fix (drove the car to Dave and Busters in SJ the same day), and yes I did point that out to him prior to handing over the car keys (he said none of his customers reported this after their fix).

Highly recommended, just tell John that Danny with the Carribean Blue coupe told ya to go to him!

Glad to read that everything worked out well for you, Danny. Is Peter still there? He's usually the one, whom helps me.

Yep, Pete's still there. John says he and Pete swap Saturdays every 2 or 3 weeks or so. Did you get yours done yet Andy?

Fvck John, fvck Pete, fvck Serramonte.

They have caused me nothing but stress. They make up bs excuses for not wanting to perform warranty work, they make crazy accusations, and they seem to have the automotive knowledge of a child.

Geez . . . I don't have half of the mods, which Boris had . . . I hope I do not run into any issues down the road with them.

Welcome to the boards. Watch out for the rude people around here. For your first post, you're a bit abrasive . . . Wouldn't you say, Tiger?

Way to go dipshlt, your comprehension skills are that of an 8 year old.

I had problems with them when my car was stock- never did I mention having problems when it was modified. Regardless of that fact, there are certain TSB's which needed to be performed that had no correlation to mods.

Now I remember, you are the cvnt that joined this forum to preach about keeping cars stock. If you are one of the useless service advisors at Infiniti of Serramonte I can certainly understand why you would be bitter- just be happy Nissan corporate hasn't heard about your sorry as.s.

How pathetic is it that you create a screen name simply to troll around the SF Bay regional forum to make worthless comments? Get a fvcking life instead of hiding behind an anonymous screen name!

I'm out.

Nope. Come on Andy, you know me! I won't accept some troll getting on the boards simply to talk shlt.

I think that is the same guy that came into the forum and was talking a lot before. Mostly about pointless stuff to get people riled up. Ignore the trolling tool he is not worth the Geo he rode in on.
