Hey guys. I currently live in Santa Cruz right now and am in need of a desperate oil change. Does any know of a good dealership or private autoshop that is trustworthy and i can get an oil change at? I've been to Frontier Infiniti in Santa Clara i believe and they were asking for $80 oil change...any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot.

 

Wow . . . $80.00, that's getting screwed and without a kiss. Are there any other dealerships around your area? At Infiniti Of Serramonte, I pay $36.00 for an oil change. It usually takes no more than 15 minutes while I wait.

 

frontier's quote includes a tire rotation and some other crap. ask them how much just an oil change costs. i think it's ~$55

 

So I looked up a few dealerships that are closest to me and they are:

Frontier Infiniti
My Infiniti (monterey)
Peninsula INfiniti (Redwood city)
Infiniti of Pleasanton
Infiniti of Serramonte

If any of you guys have been to any of these dealerships for an oil change or other services...please share your experience and rate the dealership. thanks a lot guys.

 

Both my brother and I go to Infiniti Of Serramonte. He has no complaints. I love the service, which I have received there. I have had all my TSB's performed there. I have my oil changed there every 2.5 k miles. Personally, I have had an excellent buying and subsequent service experience at Serramonte. They have always accommodated my needs and will continue to receive my business and recommendation.

 

Been to Infiniti of Pleasanton one time and it costs 51.94, back in july of 03, I have two hundren dollars service credit at Peninsula Infiniti when I got an 05 last year but havent use them yet, I change my oil at super station car wash in Fremont since 97, it cost me 35 bucks with free car wash.

 

frontier has treated me well. i'd recommend brad for a service adviser.
