G35 Drivers friendly???

i'm a new owner to a g35... i was wondering if other g35 drivers acknowledge each other on the road. i see that there are a lot of enthusiasts. i only ask this because, when i used to drive a jeep wrangler, other jeep wrangler used to wave and i would wave back. it didn't happen all the time, but enough where i started to do it myself at times. i was wondering if g35 drivers would do the same since everyone seems to be like a family here... helping each other out and such.... so maybe we can all start doing that... don't wave them down to stop or anything, but acknowledge each other... ???

the ones that wave will be the enthusiasts.... but they are far and few..

most of the ones i've seen have been 40+ year olds guys who could care less (mostly non-sport models) or are mostly older female drivers....

i haven't as much got a wave at all except when going on the santa cruz run recently....

some coupes i've seen have illegal dark tints in the front so i can't even see them either...

Funny you should mention this because on my way to work yesterday I had a guy kinda catch up and wave to me and we cruised together down 101 for a while until i came up on my exit and then we kinda waved goodbye and I took off. It was cool to have that sort of unspoken comradery between drivers.

j/k...i keeeeed, i keeeed. that's cool. i ride a sport bike, and most bikers (sport or cruiser) acknowledge each other with a nod or a wave. i always give a nod to any g's i've seen.

+1,
Anytime I pull up on a G, I wave. They usually just stare ahead with their hands locked at 10 & 2.

Yeah from what I've seen around here, other G drivers aren't the friendly type. No idea why.

^Yeah that

Alot of G drivers on this site seem to be so uptight about everything... snobbish people, and hypocrites that think because they drive a nicer car means they have the right to double park, but look down on street racing, etc...

But I do acknowledge other G drivers on the road with a nod or something... I usually end up driving next to one on my way home from work on 85 or 101...

I wouldn't wave unless there is a female driver! :-) , But I would show you a sign like "washupp" head nod and drive side by side with you for some time before continue my destination. About roadside assistance, I would help anyone in general. Looking for the G35 coupe Twilight blue!!

Honestly, I dont look at anybody on the road so I wouldn't even know if I was being waved at

Well I'm in that over 40 group and I have a half dozen friends in that group too and we all wave/acknowledge other G's.
Sure we don't always get a response/answer, but generally we do.

Colin.

i've only ever had one good experience, a few weeks after i got my car. i pulled up to a stoplight right next to an identical '05 sedan. we nodded at each other and went our own ways.
