It used to be cool out in OAK til they started enforcing all the stupid laws against the side shows. I used to go out there a few times a month to check out the scene. Used to be fun times and lots of camera action out there. Only once did I really have to run when the cops started shootin tear gas into the air. Other than that, its just a big party of folk ghost ridin whips, carvin names with rubber n actin hyphy. When all was over there was always the taco truck on International and High Street. Ah the flavor of the pastor!

I have seen some brothas swingin '82 Coupe deVilles out in OAK. Its a sight to see them big ole boats floatin around on the pavement. The funniest has to be a front wheel drive '85 civic with plastic trays on the rear wheels swangin' it. I better pay attn to some of these linked videos. I might see myself.

I finally ghost rided my car tonight. Empty parking lot....left the car in gear and i must admit, it was going pretty fast. I was running to catch up with it. My words of advice, make sure your seat if far enough back so your knees don't hit the steering wheel when you want to jump back in. Pretty fun though.
