They do have the rails. If you're car is dropped, just let them know your concern and they can hand wash your car while it's parked on the side. They did for me when I had my Civic before...
I really like how they use the air gun to dry the cracks between the windows, etc...

BTW... you can go to the Safeway across the street to buy a soda for the wait, and get a coupon for your car wash on the back of the reciept...
