The sock story was by far a better read.

Danm, bro, you have some big nutz to post that story and pics online. I'd have never mentioned it to anyone and just let it go.

The sock guy gets the prize though.

"edit: then towing the car to a spee dee oil change, definitely not drive it, right?"

This was a funny question I still can't believe that this guy actually put a sock in his engine. I don't think he learned anything from the experience. LOL!

Sorry about your trouble Noki.

I don't know what is worse, getting caught in the tide in the first place, towing the car out by the trunk or admitting to it on this forum.
LOL

It used to happen all the time on Datona beach way back when.
People would park their cars with no idea how far the tide would actualy rise and go for a walk up the beach.

There were always a few tow trucks waiting to make a few bucks,

sorry man, we all do stuff that sounds like fun at the time, after all, who hasn't seen those commercials of cars driving in the surf... nevermind the rust/corrosion problems

anyways, I've seen a 4Runner get stuck in the tide at Ocean Shores so it coulda happened to anyone, luckily a H1 was there with a winch

Even though these guys in the video probably had support vehicles, etc... for those saying he's stupid for being at a beach with his G...

Now the selection of the beach is something I cannot comment on...
