if you had 3000 missing from your account would you be a little emotional? my price did not include shipping. he paid for the shipping. so even if he paid for shipping its my responsibility. i cut out circles out of card board boxes and placed them on the wheels and wrapped the whole wheel in packing wrap. like i said , it was my first time. he has had the wheels for 7 months. i can only assume he has used them for that long. how can he get his money back if he has the used the wheels. there are a couple of photoshoots to back that up.
how did i damage the wheels. the shipping company damaged them. tell me what shipping insurance is for. he sent labels for shipping. he paid for shipping. i asked him if he wanted to get them professionaly packaged because i was unsure on how to do them. he didnt want that. was i going to pay to have it done out of my pocket. hell no.
i offered to refund a couple hundred dollars at the most for damaged center caps. it doesnt matter anymore. we will settle this in court. i have spoken to a friend judge, i have printed all emails and evidence. im done.

It can be argued endlessly on who shipped what, who sold what tires. This has been going on since the beginning of the year before becoming "public"..bottom line is:
