heyy guys i just received my 5/16' spacer.. anyone from the seattle area want to help me install it?? ill buy you lunch or somethingg thankss

hah.. i thought installing my stillen intake was hard!.. took like almost 2 hours with 2 of my friends helping.. so what tools would i need?

i knoww i would need the in/lb torque wrench.. what else ? thanks

2 hours for an intake? yeek, if you wanna drive it over to kirkland i can do it fairly easily at a friends place (i say that because im a bit out of the way)

you may just need a torque wrench depending on how fastened down the bolts on your plenum are... the bolts are all 10mm. I think you can get away with just lifting up the upper plenum... just slide the spacer in (might need a second set of hands..one set to hold the plenum up and another to slide the spacer into place)


DO NOT over tighten, broken bolts are SOBs to remove, plus you do not want to mess up the threading on the lower plenum, so make sure they are all threaded correctly before tightening down.

I've gotten pretty good at returning back to stock in a quick amount of time, usually takes me less than an hour to do the plenum or spacer, intake, cc's, lighting etc... lots of cuts on the hands though, but no biggie

hey daorge.. how about after i get my mrev2.. ill take it down and you can help me install my spacer and mrev... anddd ill buy you dinner afterwards.. how does that sound?? heh thankss
