Things to do around Yakima

Anything interesting or any spots I should go to? I'll be there for some time but will only get a few days to go out and play tourist.

Word.

Actually, if you do find things to do, why don't you let us know. We'd also like to know what goes on over there

Go pick some apples or peaches or something in Yakima. They have a bunch of fruit tree farms around there.

If you have the time you could drive up to Leavenworth. That's a nice little town. On the weekends visit moses lake for some hotties

ehhhh no thanks. Supposedly one of the guys meeting my unit down there says he has a friend in Seattle and that he'll take us around. We should have a relaxed night schedule until the main group arrives a few days later.

I've never done the winery thing (I'd like to) but I'm sure my group won't be down to go.

A few of these guys play golf but It's my weakest sport.

It's always an adventure when we go out LOL. I just don't want to be sitting in a bar with desert yeti's.

So Yakima is that bad huh? LOL I'll have to make sure to organize something quite a ways away.
