so yeah, last night some crackhead broke into my condo's parking garage and broke into 7 cars. Mine was one of them. My passenger side 1/4 window is busted out. Luckily he didnt get in the car so my stereo and other stuff is still safe.

My deductible is $1000, and everywhere I've called wants about $580 after tax to do the window for parts & labor so I guess I'm paying out of pocket. You guys ever had to deal with this and find a better price locally?

I would stick with the dealership for that one, unless the other places are using OEM parts.

 

look in your local phonebook. there's usually a coupon section that may have one for window repair'

 

Check a company called Safelite. I remember them having the best prices.

 

ther's a set for sale in this forum somewhere...
