He's a Prime Rib Addict. We usually go to Outback, and he'll scarf down the biggest one, and the rest of my wifes'

Has to be prime rib? No filet?

I see there's a Mortons and Ruth's Chris. But you have better have bank for Ruth's.

I agree, a good prime rib is the BEST cut of steak, not as tender as a filet, but not super lean and has great marbling for added flavor.

Yeah whatever. There's that seafood place right near the Capital(right on the water) that served a decent steak. Not sure if you want to drive down there.

Outback has okay steaks. Depends on how well the cook does it. But I'm spoiled. I've had steaks at Union City grill, Anthony's, The Met, Brooklyn, El Gaucho, Daniels etc..

You know what? If you are willing to drive up here, Jak's Grill is good and reasonable. But you have to go to West Seattle or Issaquah.
