Prime Rib is simply a rib eye that has been certified as a prime cut of meat, has nothing to do with the process of cooking, but is usually cooked as a large roast. I prefer my prime rib 1.5" seared till blue though, roasted prime rib just doesn't do it for me.

Outback has okay steaks. Depends on how well the cook does it. But I'm spoiled. I've had steaks at Union City grill, Anthony's, The Met, Brooklyn, El Gaucho, Daniels etc..

You know what? If you are willing to drive up here, Jak's Grill is good and reasonable. But you have to go to West Seattle or Issaquah.
Jak's is great for the price, I go there whenever I have a craving for steak since its so close. Figure the money I save on a steak can be put to a good bottle of wine instead.
