Theres many different 500/1s......theres 500/1 500/1blk 500/1v2(newest)
car toys has a few regular 500/1 for around 300 new in stock.
i recommended clean sound. in my opinion i like the sound the 10w3v3 makes, verses the 10w6v2. Besides any sub sounds average with a standard box. only get a custom box made to the specs of whichever sub you want.
If you want it installed at car toys call the federal way 253 839 5970 Ask for either Marshall or Dan tell them I (Brian Patterson) referred you and have only Phil Tweet do the install. he is master certified does custom everything and doesnt overcharge.
congrats on keepin the g35 danny!!!! i can still get you those prices i quoted you, but you gotta let me know a few days in advance when you need to pick em up. or if you go the ebay route i still have someone who can do it for ya! Also, i work for att now, same gig you have but im your competitor!!

as for a in-dash i really have to see it in the car play with it and drive with it and make a decision i will hit you up to see yours!!!

on the 4080 boxes what are the stats? how many cubic feet, and what does the w6 use?
im tellen ya the sound from w3s are so clean! w6 pound but overkill in my opinion.
either or would work id personally do the 1000/1v2 with 2 w6s if i were gonna go the w6 route.
check your airspace on the sub and boxs.
i rock the dnx7100 with garmin navi!!!! i love it!!

thanks for the good word guys.
dnx7100 is the baller screen, installed a whole bunch at cartoys, super popular.
all my work will be done at the circuit city install bay and i can even put a lifetime warranty on all installs in writing if you want it.
cheaper than any shop you could bring it to, you tell me what they want to charge you and i'll beat it gaurunteed (cash only though
)
w6's are the sh*t! 1000/1 amp and a proper box ( def not the 4080 unless you are realllllly trying to save space) will rock you more than you probably need.
let me know, it's pretty slow over there at the circuit, i can fit you in almost any day
