Seller says it's from an 03.. but it looks like a sport bumper to me

Here's another one for G37 wheels. Just needs 1 tire and curb rash on 1 wheel.

isn't $250 kinda expensive for a used stock bumper?

Not if it's the '06+ sport bumper in decent condition. Buying a new bumper plus painting it will run you around $500.
