Questions about hotel in Seattle

Hi,

Just a quick question about hotels in Seattle. I'm planning on coming up around April and one of my good friends has recommended the Edgewater Hotel. Does anybody know anything about this hotel? Is it clean? Good service? I've seen that the hotel is right by the water.

How about The Watertown? Is that any good?
How about Inn at the Market?

I'm used to the usual hotel such as the Grand Hyatt, Hilton, Fairmont, etc., but I'd like to try something different.

Any advice would be great. Thank you.

I'm sorry Gerry, I wish I could help you more.. . My buddy manages the Hotel Andra right in the middle of downtown... It's a pretty trendy spot, it tends to get a lot of celebrities who want to stay low key but still be in the heart of city.

Make sure to call up some cool people when you're down here

And to answer Joker's questions:

Westin, Seattle, close to Pikes Place and the convention center. Best place I have stayed IMO, feather beds FTW!

I'd suggest the W Hotel or Hotel Monaco.
