Bra nose cover question....
So I am planning on driving down to Phoeniz AZ to pick up my 9 year old for her fall break.....figure it will give us some good alone time with out the 2 year old sibling (Her sister, my daughter with new wife) screaming in her ears....I was thinking of getting a bra for the G....but I am lil nervous, I put one on my wife's 06 Corolla a few years back when I was stationed in NM and we drove to Disneyland in Cali.....the thing was though, after we got back, and I removed it, it left a nasty bit of residue underneath, it was a white car, so that coulda made it stand out more. With some buffing it did come out though.
So my questions are these:
-Anyone use these and did it leave nasty **** underneath?
-Anyone have one they would wanna sell to me? Or even RENT !!
-And is it just me, or is it just great that the Dallas Cowboys suck monkey nuts..........go eagles

Usually a bra will leave a residue or Fog on the paint if they are left on the car for extended time periods due to dirt and moisture.
I had one on my old car back in the day and it left an aweful fog in the clear coat that I couldn't remove. I don't care for them because of that and if they get a little loose they can rub the paint.

+1 if you don't mind the painters look hehe
If you want a more permanent solution the clear bra all the way. The "standard bra" shouldn't leave TOO much grime if you just use it for this run but you'll probably have to give a liittle TLC to the car when you take it off. Still...probably easier to touch up than a good rock chip or two...

For a road trip its fine, like was mentioned, if you leave it on for a long time like months it can dull the paint. Thats from all the dust, sand, and dirt that gets trapped under it and it rubbing onto the paint. Also do not leave it on when it rains unless you are driving. I would take it off once you get where you are going and wash the car/bra. You will be fine.
