Advice for selling 2004 G35 6MT Coupe

Greetings,

I live in the Portland, OR area and have an almost brand new 2004 G35 Coupe 6MT premium package (diamond graphite on black) with ~420 miles. I have tried a few online newspapers but not receiving any leads. I am now looking to buy a house and need to part with my beauty. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Richard

I would go talk to a loan officer first before you sell your car. Better yet, go see a mortgage broker. See how big a home loan you can get(if you are to keep the car), and see if houses in that price range suit your needs. You are going to lose your a@#, if you sell your car now. You would be surprised at what a good mortgage broker could do for you. If you are a first time home buyer, there are many programs you could get into(with a good apr and no pmi). Good luck.
