Well that was an obvious jab at me and honestly a little offensive. I was not aware being a drinker was required to part of the local group (please excuse me for trying to be friendly and even offering to host a local meet).

No biggie Joe, but even if just poking fun it was uncalled for and it was fairly obvious it was related to me offering to host a meet but that I do not drink (which I am actually proud of and I do not hold it against others that do drink, my wife has a drink or two on the weekends). I can assure you guys I am not some lame old fart just because I don't drink, I am still very much a kid at heart.

No worries, just felt it was a bit mean spirited (joke or not).

Aside from that if you and Joe are having these half off half on inside discussions how are the rest of us to know. You see where Joe responded after me and it also read as though it was directed at me even though he said it was not. It would seem you guys are posting here as if it were private text's.

I will apologize for taking it out of context but it seemed directed at my comments.

Anyway as I said before no worries, my feelings were not hurt in the least it was just a bit offensive regarding drinking as I have lost friends/family to alcohol.
