New to the forum, I've had my G35 S for a year now and am itching to get some ideas....

Any one want to get together for some beers in downtown pdx?

I live out near Wash Sq. and I get out around town quite a bit - out to hillsboro, near the airport, wilsonville, etc so I could get to a few different spots easily.

I guess if a few different people are around to meet up we could find a central spot. Anyone else around town?

 

The local forum's been pretty dead recently, I know a couple other guys I'll txt and see who would be down

 

Downtown PDX is a HORRIBLE spot for these cars, I don't even like taking my geo prism there.

Yep can't wait for the weather change (so much so we are still considering moving to Vegas), figures I come back to see what's happening and most everyone else has left. Hopefully better weather will bring out the Portland/Vancouver G's.

I'm down to do something as soon as the weather clears up.. I think Jayson (illmatic) is the only local guy who's seen my G since everythings been done... we've gotta change that!

 

AND he knows a certain lady friend who recently picked up a G and is having some mods done, she seems pretty excited to get out and be active in the area... maybe she'll come out

 

You guys planning anything for Sunday since the weather is supposed to be clear and about 60?

Our G is plenty dirty after driving it in the rain a couple weekends back but I guess I could clean it up by Sunday (not that it can compare with most the other G's on here, it's clean but at 42 I'm an old man with a family and not enough modding motivation). If I was not so heavily into A\V the G could be full custom/tt'd but can't have too many hobbies besides my family as my son takes up much of my time.

As I said last year Joe, I may be willing to host a meet, after meeting up, if there is any interest (GF's welcome).

I'm down for something also. I've been wanting to meet up with local G owners since I got my G last June. I know there's a big Seattle group for Gs but that's too far for us Portlanders to commute to all the time.

 

Well have fun with that. Hopefully there will be some of these too.

If you meant the liquor comment for me since illmatic/Jayson has not posted in this thread then sorry to say I do not drink (did enough of that when I was younger and now feel very lucky to be here after all the insane things I did).

Oh man a bunch of big ol DD's to look at would go a long ways towards making it bearable... lol The drinking comment was indeed aimed at the other Jayson, He hasn't posted but I know he's lurking somewhere!

 

yeah the north end guys really got it good, we were doing bi-weekly meets at a big parking garage when I was up there with the occasional huge weekend cruise, combining G35/37 and the nissan 350/370 forums.

Good times
