Anyone interested in taking over the lease of my '05 coupe?

My father and I are talking about selling me his one month old M5. But that means I won't be able to keep my G35 coupe. Just wondering if anyone might be interested in taking over my lease?

It was leased on November 30th, '05. About a little over 2 months old.

black
6MT
base model
4600 miles
no accident/not even a scratch on it

leased for 36 months
12k miles/year
$433 before taxes

I also have:

20% tinted windows
Pioneer Avic-D1 (I'll include this one AND the dash trim/AC controller for $1000; they cost about $1500 brand new, install was another $300, so you not only save money in the parts, you don't need to pay install labor)

Let me know if you're interested or have any questions.

Did you put any money down? If not, what is the incentive for someone to take over your lease rather than just lease a new one on their own?

If someone interested in taking over the lease doesn't want to pay extra for your AVIC-D1, are you going to have the stock unit re-installed? Probably not.

So basically you want someone to take over your existing lease AND pay you $1000 on top. Is this correct?

I did not put any money down. I negotiated to about $300 above invoice; residual is about $19.5k Incentives? It'd be awfully hard to find an '05 6MT to lease now. The monthly payment and the residual just might make sense for some people. What kind of deals are dealers offering for '06 6MT's? Who knows, one might be better off leasing a brand new '06. I'm not begging for anyone to take over my lease. I posted it up so if anyone happens to be interested, he gets to see if the situaiton makes sense for him.

The Avic-D1 is optional. If whoever wanted to take over my lease decided he was going to get the Avic-D1 anyway, he just got one at $800 cheaper and saved the hassle. If not, no biggie. I'll have it un-installed, and put the stock unit back in. And then re-sell the Avic-D1, dash trim, and A/C controller separately.

Read my first and second responses to you above.

If you want to get out of your lease, you can try listing on sites like

www.swapalease.com
www.leasetrader.com

You'll also see that most people offer you cash to take over their lease...not ask the buyer for additional $.

I'm just trying to see if I was missing something. So basically if someone could walk on to a lot and negotiate a similar option package for $300 over invoice, they could have the exact same payments but have a new car instead. Usually when I see people trying to get out of a lease, they offer the lease plus a cash incentive, unless they put a lot of money down, in which case that's the cash incentive. I was only able to negotiate my '06 down to $1k over invoice, but it was optioned out.

I work at Microsoft and without even needing to negotiate, we get $500 above invoice with the VPP program. I knocked another $200 off of that. Not sure how likely it is for someone to get an '06 6MT at $300 above invoice. If someone is able to get that, all power to him.

Sorry if I did not come up with a lucrative enough deal for someone to take over my lease. But then again I don't need to get out of the lease that badly. I've made my decision to get the M5. Financially I can afford to keep the G35. But at 25 yrs old I don't see a point of owning 4 cars at the same time especially since the G35 coupe and the M5 "sort of" overlap in the sense that they both sit +4 people and that's why I feel it makes more sense to get rid of it.

That's cool. I was just giving you a heads up so you don't wonder why nobody is interested. So what do you do at Microsoft? I've got 4 classmates around the same age that are working there, so you must be doing a little somethin' somethin' on the side.
