i got the 30gb ipod today... it doesnt look new at all, its scratched to hell... whats up with that?

 

i haven't even gotten mine yet... he said that he shipped it two day usps last monday... its been a whole 8 days...

 

guess its a good thing i didnt get it then

 

would of bought the 30gb one but he said it didnt come with earphones, usb cable, adapter or anything. i dont mind the scratches. does it work good tho?

 

ouch that sucks. i guess i don't feel so bad not having picked it up.

 

well... still haven't recieved my ipod yet... crash told me that the ipod is in my local area post office... called the post office... they don't got it... since u said the ipods have no scratches... hopefully they won't.... otherwise...

 

you told me last week that you shipped it two day usps. then you told me on monday and said that the ipod was at my zipcode. so i called on monday and i called the post office again... said they don't have it... a delivery attempt wasn't even made... so... don't mean to sound like an a$$ or anything... but i want my money back asap. if you did ship it to me... it'll be returned back to you...

i didnt screw anyone. the scratches on the 60 were from the case that was on it. not really scratches. you can just see where the leather case it was in rubbed on it.... the 30 gig should be there already... you even told me yourself that you no longer were @ the address you had me ship it to..... and you told me that the day after i had already shipped it.... also i didnt send it with any tracking info so calling the post office wouldnt have done anything.... pretty sad to think you think id try to steal 130 from you..... thats would just barely be enough for 2 full tanks of gas.......

 

they also have @least 3000 songs and alot of movies on them

 

told him with the 60gig that if scratches bothered him that i would refund money asap.... and i never heard back from him so i guess that means its all good
