2 ipod videos 60gig and 30 gig
thanks for all the fuss bout not recieving the 60 gig, when it was delivered and the address is unconfirmed with paypal... so if i were you id be asking your former roommate since you also told me you moved the day after i shipped it

it was in a case and was never used. never thought the case would leave marks on it. just sitting there. took the case of bcuz it was my girls and didnt want to send a guy a girly *** case... if he had a problem with it he would have asked for the refund i offered him.... get off my case

actually im not a scammer.. check my ebay id... g35_sylvia. 100% positive also couple people have bought stuff from me on this forum... and i've bought things from them... they can vouch for me... also i didn't recieve the ipod yet. I'm not at the address anymore... but my roommate is... he said it aint there... i called usps they said they don't have it... worst case scenario is that they shipped it back to you... so give me my money back or im filing a claim with paypal.

and on top of that he advertised that there weren't any scratches on any of the ipods... i got in contact with the other buyer and he said that it looked like someone took a metal brush and scratched the fvck out of it. And crash was being real shady and was like... i shipped it two days usps but they gave me no tracking number... my girlfriends father works for the usps... and says taht's not possible for him to not recieve some sort of tracking number with 2 day priority... even the workers at the local post office were like... wtf? how does he have no tracking number? bottom line is... im not a scammer... if you were so worried about my unconfirmed address why did you ship it to me? That's my school apartment address... you should have told me that you wanted a confirmed addresss... i would have provided you with my house address... either way if you don't refund my money asap... im filing a claim with paypal.
i told u there was no tracking info......dumbass... also how can you buy stuff on ebay and then have it shipped to a unconfirmed address.... thats bwhere i f'd up, should have checked to see if it was confirmed address, so i would be protected from scammers like you.... look @ my ebay mel635 pc....100% with over 130 feedback and wait i have feedback on here too and you dont... also look on my 350z.com i have feedback there too......

i also just got off the phone with the supervisor at the local usps. you told me that you went your local post office and said that they said that it was in my address. Yet you told me you didn't have a tracking number. What the supervisor and I are curious to know is that how you can possibly even tell that it was in my zipcode if you don't have a tracking number. lies. The only way that you could have done that is by hand.... sorting through the mail... And I'm guessing you weren't at the 61820 station. He believes that I'm the one being scammed and he was very interested in aquiring what method you and your "post office" were using because he made a huge point about how ups, fedex, usps, dhl, bax, and all those companies would be very very interested in aquiring your "method". In any case he told me that it would be good for you to go to the post office and file a PS 1015? File for lost mail or something like that.

Mine is pretty bad.. it was suposed to look new and it looks like someone took a wire brush and just scratched the hell out of it. Plus it didnt come with headphones or cables. It works fine so I think im gonna keep it, im gonna try to fill in the scratches. I was thinking about using one of those CD refinishers to do it.
