I have an Xbox 360 I got for Christmas last year (12/06) and have used it about 12 times since I got it. I just don't use the thing so I'm selling it for $350 + shipping
It's as good as new, only cheaper with extra stuff.
It's the XBox Premium with 20GB HDD and Wireless controler, a headset, and some games. It will come with Lego StarwarsII, Project Gothem Racing 3, Oblivion (new in box) and some older Xbox games (hulk and Xmen or something)..

Do you have the warranty on it.. a buddy of mine has one which was bought around that time, first batch and seems to break down. Without that warranty, you'll be paying a fortune on getting it fixed

 

yeah if the Xbox does not have like a bestbuy, or gamestop additional warranty is unsafe to buy it from another person cause there is always that "what if"

The warranty is uknown to me, I didn't register it and got it at walmart, but don't know where the reciept is. It's not the first batch though, I bought it in 12/06 first batch was 12/05 I think..
Well, it's like new, as I said, I've only used it a few times.
I just don't use it at all and it just takes up space. I live in Bartlett, TN (memphis metro area).
I will refund the money if it doesn't work when you get it, if someone buys it.
I can assure you it works though, I can hook it back up and take a video if need be..

 

I believe, and don't quote me on this, that Microsoft just issued a new statement recently regarding the issues with the red Circle of Light (or death as you could now place it..). Apparently if your XBOX's lifespan is still within three years of purchase, you can return it for repairs at little or no charge. You'll want to google it for the specifics, but that's the general idea. The cause of the problem itself is inadequate cooling for the CPU. The most common repair that Microsoft will perform will be to add a larger heatsink to absorb the heat.

In any case, only 3%-5% of XBOX's sold were defective (info from Official XBOX magazine). This amounts to roughly 250,000 units.

 

the seal under the faceplate has to be intact and untouched. if thats the case, and it hasnt been attempted to be opened, 3 yr warranty is completely free. since the 360 hasnt been out for 3 years yet, its covered as long as those conditions apply
