yeah that is the phone though..apple has never dropped the prices on their ipods.....and yeah it will be sooner or later..but within the next 6 months..very doubtful(if they drop)

never opened it...so idk..the other one i have does have the prblem..but not as bad...but i plan onr eturning soon...

and reason to sell is i bought 3 cause i knew they would be hard to find..on thursday i sold one to a local for 540 when i got it for 420...and this one i sold for 500...
