It is the EXPANSION to Age of Empire III, so you will need Age of Empire III to play it. It is still sealed in the heat shrink wrap. I didnt know it was the expansion when i got it lol, and didnt want to buy Age of Empire 3.

Walmart has it listed as $25.82. Like I said this is brand new, and ill give it to a local member for $20 bucks, or 20+shipping.
Im also going to try and sell another PC DVD Supreme Commander. It is not sealed and was installed and played no more than 5 times, not my type of RTS.
