you can not buy one without a contract form AT&T or Apple for any price. $199.00 and $299.00 with a 2 year contract and data. $530.00 is a little high , they sell around $475.00 to $500.00 , but that is the only way to get one without a contract.

non qualified upgrade is still not buying the phone straight out. PERIOD!

Buying a phone strait out means you have no contract obligations to ATT what so ever. If I wanted an Apple iphone that bad to use with Tmobile I'd be willing to pay the premiums for it. Granted not $575...but like someone mentioned, 400-500 is not uncommon for buying the 16GB straight out.

 

those are 2 year contract commitments either way, no outright price available.
