like the title says....I bought this awhile back to install with my Kenwood DDX-8019 and never got around to doing it. As you can see it mounts onto the license plate area to aide as a back up on your Screen in your car. This can work on any unit with a Video output for back up camera

You plug into the Video output of your Back-up camera and plug the hot wire into your reverse light and the ground to a ground.

i am looking into alot the different ones sold...for my price there are new ones out there that you can get and I am opting not to sell this one since I dont have the necessary information on this camera...meaning I dont want to sell something that I can not give a completd description on since I cant remember where I got it from..

 

how long is the wires? looks kinda short to reach the mid console =|

 

they dont go to the mid console...you supposedly attach it to the reverse light wire.

nope you plug in the hot wire to the reverse light hot wire. you just ground out the ground. The Video wire yes you run that to your head-unit and you will have to add in another RCA for it to reach..thats how it came to me...I have the extra RCA wire at the house. I cant remember which length though. I believe it was like 10ft RCA wire that attaches to this one.
