I bought this for my wife a few years ago and she only used it 3 times.

-Burton Freestyle 147 board
-Burton Freestyle bindings
-Vans Circe Wallace Signature boot (size 9)
-Active board bag

is that size 9 in womens? and how does the size compare to regular shoes, cause i know some boots are smaller.
and 147cm board, correct?

Yup, size 9 in womens and my wife said they fit pretty snug. The board is a 147.
