You've given up already?!? LOL
I started about three weeks ago. The first disc is chest and shoulders and it totally shreds your upper body with several variations of pull-ups and push-ups (and a few other exercises)
My problem is that I'm in a golf league at work and after the first disc, I was unable to swing my clubs. (No pain, no gain
)
I've put it on hold until I get through the playoffs... there's prize money on the line!
Even after the first disc, I'm very impressed. It was as painful and tiring as I was warned, but they make it fun and the hour is up before you know it. I can't wait to start it back up again. Just following the nutrition guide (loosely), I'm already down 15 pounds.
GLWS!
