I received this iPod as a replacement for the 1st iPod Nano recall that apple recently did. And with my iPhone + Ipod Classic, I have absolutely no use for it. Since it technically is a replacement (albeit, new) from Apple, it has a 90 Day Warranty from the day I received it (01/11/2012).

It is still wrapped up in its plastic and has zero scratches.
