Works without any issues. Currently running 5.0.1 jailbroken, but can restore to factory or try to erase all my **** and send it to you jailbroken.

Always kept in the case pictured. May be very very tiny scratches on screen- NOT noticeable. Back has no scratches.

Wifi only 16G- I just tethered it to my phone for 3G access (why add another plan?)
