I'm stationed in Italy and bought them at my local Nike store. J's aren't as popular here and they put out new releases a few days early.
Just cut the toes off.
My local Footlocker had a raffle system. I wasn't called, so it looks like I'll pass up on these. I got the Concords last year, but I had to wait like 6hrs in line.
