FS: PSP with 3 games

i am selling my PSP with 3 games,
well i have the psp in very good condition i have all the parts that comes with the system(wires, 32MB memory card, demo disk, case, everything. the games i have are
1. Need for Speed MOST WANTED
2. Need for Speed underground RIVALS
3. Midnight Club 3 DUB edition

PSP price right now is 250 not counting TAX. Each of this games retail anyware from 39.95 to 49.95. i am selling everything for $200.

version 2.0,
PSP is upgradeable, you just connect it to the PC and download a new Version when it comes out from sony.
